1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jetaz online gaming platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all of its services. These Terms form a binding agreement.
In these Terms, "we", "us", or "jetaz" refers to the organisation operating the platform. "You" or "Member" refers to a registered user.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same IP address, or multiple accounts using the same payment method are strictly prohibited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.
- Sharing account details with third parties is prohibited.

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

jetaz currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfers through major banks in Bangladesh (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

4.4 Return to Deposit Method
Withdrawals are generally returned via the original deposit method. If you deposited via bKash, the withdrawal will in most cases be made to bKash; the same applies to Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
5. Bonuses & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The jetaz welcome bonus is a 100% match bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳12,000 → maximum bonus ৳5,000 → total balance ৳17,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement

- Each member may claim each promotion only once.
- Bonuses are only usable on eligible games — jetaz may specify particular games or categories.
- Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit loopholes will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- jetaz reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
5.4 VIP Programme
The jetaz VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
jetaz is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment across all games. Game outcomes are uncertain and games are intended for entertainment purposes.
6.2 Technical Issues
Incorrect balances or results displayed due to a technical error or system malfunction are not valid. In such situations, jetaz reserves the right to make corrections.
6.3 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding a game outcome, please notify our support team first. jetaz's server records will be considered the final evidence.
6.4 Special Rules for Sports Betting
The following rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:
- Bets must be placed on designated markets before the match begins.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets may be refunded depending on the specific circumstances.
- Betting based on insider information is prohibited and will result in account cancellation.

- Fraud, cheating, or attempting to win by any dishonest means.
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

- Knowingly attempting to gain unfair advantage ("bonus abuse" or "arbitrage").
- Attempting to breach the platform's systems or security.
- Operating an account using a false identity or false information.

9. Account Closure & Suspension
9.1 Closure by jetaz
In cases of rule violations, fraud, verification failure, or suspicious activity, jetaz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.
9.2 Closure by Member
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is also available under the responsible gaming framework.
9.3 Balance Refund
In the case of account closure for ordinary reasons, valid balances may be withdrawn. However, in the case of an account closed due to rule violations, the balance may be forfeited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jetaz is not liable for the following:
- Any loss of a game or bet due to an internet connection disruption.
- Losses caused by outages of third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in security.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
